Sahli :- TUNISIA Born in
Hammamet in 1940. Works and lives in
Tunisia. Sahli's
compositions, some of which are on very larg
scale, seem to be retrieved from a swarm of
figures. His painting reacts to a variety of
stimuli, mixing unconscious elements with what
is conscious, vigorous and spontaneous. His
different surfaces, colours and themes are a
synthesis between minimalism conceptual art, new
